Nose Piercing

About 4,000 years back, nose piercing was started in the Middle East. And, then this practice is adopted in India and in some parts of Asia. Moghul Emporers are the one who firstly introduced this practice in India.

Nose ring is an ornament or a piece of jewelry which is worn in nose and enhances the beauty of women.

A nostril is also regarded as a social standing in Hindu’s homage. Peoples of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh are still very aware about nose piercing.

People of Pakistan prefer to wear a small diamond in contrast to a nose ring. It is also very much popular among people as a body piercing.

Indian people believed that it is good for women to pierce the outside of the left part of your nose as it is also helpful at the time of childbirth.

On ant part of your nose, if you make an opening in order to wear an ornament as nose ring, is known as nose piercing. Now days, this practice is very ordinary. Nose piercing can be done with the help of a stud or with the sharp end of a ring.

Nose Piercing

It is safer to pierce your nose with the ring as with the stud. Nose ornaments are generally made up of metals as Niobium, Platinum, Titanium, 18c white and yellow gold or Palladium. During curing of your nose, never worn silver for the reason that silver oxidizes inside the wound and you have some allergic reactions or swelling.

It may also be possible that it can leave an everlasting black spot on your nose. When your piercing is completely healed, than you can simply change your nose ornament as per your choice. You can wear niobium rings, golden rings, some other colored rings, a small diamond or any gemstone of any shape.

It is supposed that guns are safer as compare to needles. Because gun has no made direct contact with skin while needle has, so gun is thought to be more hygienic. As everybody knows that the skin of nose is quite thick as compare to ears or other parts.

So, it is easier to pierce the nose with a quick, short, sharp pointed needle. Because the gun stud is somewhat rounded , for making an opening the piercer have to applied more power to push it, its outcome is that there is a lot of pain for many days and nose is also swollen. With the needle it is quite easy to make the opening at the exact place but with gun it is quite difficult.
