Face Packs for Normal Skin
There are many types of skin such as oily skin, normal skin, dry skin etc, but normal skin is a perfectly balanced skin.
This type of skin does not look dry and shiny. It is very necessary to take care of normal skin because it is mostly affected by pimples and acne.
To take care of normal skin, one should be done cleansing, nourishing and cleansing regularly. One must be removed the makeup before going to the bed.
Home made face packs:
Face packs are very useful to make skin soft and smooth. Face packs are also affected to increase circulation as well as tauten and cleanse the complete face. They are allowed the skin to breathe more and more.
Home made face packs are prepared by using fresh and variety of vegetables and fruits. Use banana, avocado, grape, cantaloupe, nectarine and peach for making face packs for normal skin.
These are not only used for cleanse skin but also maintain the skin tautness. Face packs are also beneficial to remove impurities, dead skin cells and wastes from the skin. One can easily make face packs at home in a few minutes.
Homemade face packs recipe for normal skin:
- Take a small amount of grapefruit juice and 4 or 5 full tablespoons of oatmeal. Mix both of them well and make a thick paste. Apply layer of this paste and leave it for dry about 15 minutes and wash off with clean water.
- Take a ripe banana and mash up well and add it with honey for making pulp. Apply this pack over the face and remove with Luke warm water.
- Take one egg yolk, ½ apple, sliced and peeled, a tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of oil, vinegar and one full tablespoon of ascorbic acid. Take all ingredients and put them into liquidizer and blend. After making a paste, apply this on the neck and face. Let it dry for 15 minutes. After drying the face wash off with clean water.
- Take 2-3 lettuce leaves and dip in olive oil. After this sprinkle few drops of lemon juice on leaves. Now place them on both sides of the face. And use dipped towel in mineral water for covering them. Wipe the face by using cotton ball in warm milk. At the end of it, wash the face with water.
- Take a teaspoon of orange juice and a full teaspoon of fresh milk cream. Mix both of them and apply on the face. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes and wash off the face with clear water. This packs is effective to make the skin smooth and soft.
- Take 2 tablespoon of household starch and a full tablespoon of fresh milk. Mix both of them and make a paste. Apply the layer of paste over the face for getting firm and smooth skin.
- Take one full teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of tomato juice. Mix both juices well and apply it on the face for getting firm and smooth skin.
- Take one fresh potato, grate it and squeeze it juice. Mix this juice with few drops of lemon juice. Apply the little amount of juice on the face by using cotton wool. Let it dry for 5 minutes and wash off. It is the best pack for removing dark spots and blemishes.
