Tattoo Machine

Tattoos are become a great trend of fashion now these days. Many peoples are spending their lot of money for designing tattoos on their body.

Tattoos may be designed on any part of body. There are normally two types of tattoos are demanded by the customers.

First is non permanent and second one is permanent. Non permanent tattoos are normally designed by henna or silver nitrate. These tattoos may be easily transferred and may be removed easily.

These tattoos are designed by flimsy sheets. Normally these tattoos are removed automatically after 10 to 15 days. On other side the permanent tattoos are painful. These tattoos can not be removed. These tattoos are designed by the machines. These tattoos are designed under the skin.

The tattoos are designed by the artists by injecting ink into the skin of the person. For injecting the ink into the skin, they use a tattoo machine which is electrically powered. This machine sounds and resembles like a dental drill. A solid needle moves up on the machine.

This needle down and up and puncture the person’s skin. The speed of this machine is almost 3000 time P/M. the size of puncture is about a millimeter. The machine drops insoluble ink in skin at every puncture. A modern tattoo machine has components like foot pedal, electric motor, tube system and needle.

Many people think that tattoo designing machine is like a sewing machine and it rotates the needle down and up with needles of hollow, but that is wrong. Actually it is necessarily an electrical powered machine with variable power. The designer deeps the need in a cap of small size, which is full of ink.

The ink is filled by the squeeze bottle. There are several needles outlined from some for one and fine work. These needles are tight along all others for shading in the designing machine. All of the needles are attached to a bar and this bar is soldered to the electromagnet.

When electric power is applied to bar combination/handheld magnet, all of the needles which are pigment coated, are vibrate together down and up in the speed of 3000 pm. As the grouped needles are pierce the person’s skin, the colored ink is injected under the person’s skin, among surface layer and permanent bottom of the skin. The surface layer of the skin is uniquely replace and dying off by fresh cells of skin.

You have to consider that the machine should place the ink on right depth of skin. This is very important for the good quality of tattoos. If it doesn’t do so then the ink is not mixed with fluid of human body and the colors are not spread. If it doesn’t placed in depth then the tattoos color is faded and the tattoo is removed after a short interval of time because the ink is covered by the lower layers of the skin.
