Acne is a skin disease and vitamins and minerals play an important role in the treatment of acne and other skin disorders.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A helps in the reduction of sebum production, prevents acne and strengthens the protective tissue of the skin. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide)

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
Vitamin B6 is essential for the antibody production and the proper functioning of the immune system. Lack of this vitamin can cause acne. It is advised to take 100 mg three times daily as a dose directed by the doctor.
Vitamin C
This vitamin is considered as an antioxidant and is helpful in the functioning, repair and tissue growth. It also protects the body against any infection and immunity.
Vitamin E
